Shipping policy

US shipping

Standard shipping is $5.99 per order to eligible US addresses. The shipping charge and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery and tracking

Orders ship through our fulfillment partner. Please allow 1–2 days for order processing and preparation, followed by an estimated 8–12 business days for shipping. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Duties and fees

Customs duties are included in our quoted US shipping charge. Any applicable sales tax is calculated separately at checkout.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address before paying. If you need to correct it, email support@tidetrim.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. If your parcel is missing, damaged, or delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it.
